The Texas Association of African American Chambers of Commerce (e世博esball) is one of the oldest Black business leagues in America. Our predecessor organization, the Texas State Negro Chamber of Commerce, was established in 1936 to provide Black business owners the opportunity to participate in this state’s dynamic economy.
